What we collect

Photos you upload — processed to generate your enhanced versions. Stored up to 7 days for free previews and up to 30 days for subscribers (so you can re-download), then deleted.
Account data — email and subscription state (via Stripe, our payment processor; we never see card numbers).
Technical basics — IP-based rate limiting for the free tier; no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies. The only cookie is the one that signs you in.

How photos are processed

Uploads are sent to OpenAI's image API for transformation under our enterprise terms; OpenAI does not use API content to train models. Results are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in encrypted object storage.

Legal basis

Contract performance (providing the service you asked for) and legitimate interest (fraud and abuse prevention).

Your rights

Access, correction, export, and deletion — email hello@pocketstager.com and we'll action it within 30 days. You can delete your account and all stored photos at any time.
