Terms of Service
1 · The service
Pocketstager transforms real-estate photographs you upload into AI-enhanced editorial versions. The engine preserves architecture and scene identity; it improves presentation, styling and light.
2 · Your photos
You keep all rights to photos you upload and to the enhanced results. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you submit. We process uploads solely to produce your results and operate the service.
3 · Disclosure responsibility
Enhanced images are AI-edited presentations of real spaces. Where your MLS, portal, or local rules require disclosure of digitally altered or virtually staged photos, you are responsible for labeling listings accordingly (e.g. "digitally enhanced").
4 · Plans, billing & cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly via Stripe; prices include applicable VAT/IVA handling at checkout.
- Cancel anytime in one click via the customer portal — access runs to the end of the paid period.
- We email a reminder before every yearly renewal. No silent renewals.
- Monthly photo allowances reset each billing period and don't roll over.
5 · Fair use
Allowances exist to keep the service fast for everyone. Automated scraping, resale of raw API access, or abuse of free previews may be limited.
6 · Quality
AI output can occasionally be imperfect. Re-render any photo you're not happy with; it counts only once against your allowance per accepted result. If a render fails, it isn't charged.
7 · Liability
The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 3 months.
