Why it exists
Most listing photos are taken on a phone, in a hurry, in rooms that deserve better. Dark corners. Yesterday's clutter. A good space sold short. The traditional fix — a physical stager — runs €2,000+ per home.
Pocketstager exists so the photo the agent already took comes back as the magazine version of the same real room. Decluttered, relit, re-shot — in minutes, from €19 a month. The space itself never changes.
Who it's for
- Solo agents who shoot listings on their phone and need portal-ready photos the same day.
- Agencies and teams who want every listing the office carries at the same editorial standard — one subscription, a shared photo pool, their own branding on the output.
- Real-estate photographers who add editorial enhancement to their packages white-label and keep a recurring cut of the agencies they bring.
How it stages a photo
Five moves, always in the same spirit:
- Declutter. The laundry, the cables, the coffee cups — gone.
- Relight. Warmth comes from the light, never from repainting the room.
- Re-shoot. The frame is leveled and finished like an editorial photograph.
- Preserve. Walls, windows, floors, views, proportions — exactly as they are.
- Deliver. Full resolution, ready for Idealista, Fotocasa, the portal and the brochure.
What it refuses to do
This is the line that matters: Pocketstager stages the presentation, never the property.
- It never moves a wall, stretches a room or borrows a view.
- Windows, doors, floors, built-in fixtures and what's outside the glass stay exactly as shot.
- It never invents a space that doesn't exist. The room in the after is the room in the before — anyone who walks in recognises every corner.
- Styling can appear: a bed made, a plant, a surface cleared. Structure cannot.
- It makes no promise that a listing sells faster, and it won't help anyone pretend. Enhanced photos are AI-edited presentations of real spaces — where your portal or MLS requires it, label them ("digitally enhanced"). Our Terms say the same.
Who made it
Arsalan "Ace" Korkchi — Founder. Based in Marbella, Spain.
Ace built the image engine first inside PocketLister, his earlier real-estate listing product, and proved it on over a thousand real renders before spinning it out as Pocketstager in June 2026. He is the sole founder: one person designs, builds and runs the product — the engine, the site, the studio.
