What virtual staging tool should a brokerage standardise on for the whole team?
Standardise on one that runs on a single subscription, puts your agency's branding on every image, and returns the same editorial look from every agent's phone — without ever changing the real room. That is what we built the Pocketstager Studio plan to be: one account, whole-team access, one house style across every listing the office carries.
For a brokerage, the tool is not the point. The standard is. What you are really choosing is a single, repeatable way for a whole team to turn a phone photo into a cover — so the office's listings look like they came from one studio, because they did.
What a whole-team standard actually needs
A solo agent can pick a tool on a whim. A brokerage cannot. The thing you standardise on has to clear four bars:
- One subscription, not twenty logins. Billing, access and allowance in one place.
- Your brand, not the tool's. The output carries the agency, not a watermark.
- One consistent look. Every agent's photos read the same, whoever shot them.
- A result you can stand behind. The room in the photo is the real room — no surprises when a buyer walks in.
Pocketstager Studio is built against exactly these four.
One subscription for the whole team
Studio is a single plan the whole office works from. You share one team link; anyone who opens it joins the studio and works from a shared photo pool. No per-seat licences to chase, no agent left on a personal free tier.
When someone leaves, you refresh the link — that removes everyone and starts fresh, so access stays in your control. It is whole-team access on one subscription, priced and onboarded as one thing.
Priority rendering and a human onboarding come with it, so the office is set up properly rather than left to work it out photo by photo.
Your brand on every listing
A brokerage's photos should look like the brokerage's. Studio puts your agency branding on the output, so every enhanced image and every exported listing carries your name — not ours.
The workflow is built for how an office actually lists. Enhance a single photo when that is all you need, or start a brief — a named album for one listing. Batch-upload its photos, up to 50 at once, add your logo and the listing details, then export a finished, downloadable brief: an editorial grid, a before-and-after, a showcase, ready as a PDF for the portal and the brochure. One branded deliverable per listing, the same shape every time.
One standard means one look
This is the part most tools miss. Consistency is not just branding — it is the edit itself.
Our engine declutters, relights and re-shoots each photo to read like a magazine cover. What it never does is invent. No moved walls, no stretched rooms, no borrowed views. The architecture in the "after" is the architecture in the "before" — anyone who walks in recognises every corner.
For a team, that rule does double duty. It keeps every listing honest, and it keeps every listing on-style. Whether the photo came from your newest agent or your most seasoned one, it goes through the same engine and comes back with the same editorial finish. That is what a standard is for.
Output is full resolution and watermark-free on paid plans — ready for Idealista, Fotocasa, the portal and the brochure — usually in 2–4 minutes each.
What it costs, and how billing works for a team
Studio is €299 a month, or €2,990 a year with two months free. It covers 600 photos a month — enough for an office that lists every week — with whole-team access, your branding, priority rendering and human onboarding in the one price. Set against the €2,000+ a physical stager charges for a single home, the arithmetic across a whole team's listings is not close.
Need more in a busy month? Top up — topped-up credits roll over and don't expire.
Billing is deliberately un-sticky. Subscriptions run through Stripe, we email a reminder before any renewal, and you cancel in one click from the customer portal — access runs to the end of the paid period. No silent renewals. For a brokerage putting a whole team on one account, that matters as much as the output does.
One honest note that applies to every plan: enhanced images are AI-edited presentations of real spaces. Where your MLS, portal or local rules require it, disclosing a digitally enhanced photo is the office's responsibility to label.
